Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Linea ("the Platform") you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the Investment & Affiliate Plan ("the Plan") as published inside your dashboard. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts where you live.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account.
• Registration requires the referral code of an existing member. Your sponsor and your position in the binary team are fixed at registration and cannot be changed later.

3. Deposits

Deposits are credited to your wallet once confirmed: automatically for payments made through a supported payment gateway, or after review for manual transfers. Send only the currency and network shown on the deposit page; funds sent on the wrong network or in another coin may be unrecoverable. Minimum deposit is $10.

4. Certificates and investments

A Portfolio Certificate must be purchased before investing. The certificate sets the maximum active investment and the binary income ceiling. Investments earn a daily return on working days (Monday to Friday) at the rate set by the Platform within the published range of 0.1% to 2%, until the total return reaches 4 times the invested amount.

5. No guarantee of returns

Returns are not guaranteed. The daily rate depends on market conditions and may be changed, paused or stopped by the Platform. Past payments are not a promise of future payments. Only invest money you can afford to lose. Nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

6. Team incomes

Direct commission, binary income, level income, referral investment share, subscription share and rank rewards are paid according to the Plan rules in force at the time of each transaction. The Platform may adjust percentages, thresholds, ceilings and rank targets; changes apply to future transactions only. Incomes are paid only on genuine activity by real members; self-referral, fake accounts or circular funding void the related incomes.

7. Withdrawals and charges

• A Withdrawal Subscription of $30.00 per month is required to withdraw. It is charged from your wallet when you subscribe and again each month on the same date while auto-renew is on. If the wallet cannot cover a renewal the subscription lapses, withdrawals pause, and you can renew after topping up.
• Earnings withdrawals carry a 10% charge and a minimum of $10.00. The amount is reserved from your wallet when requested and refunded if the request is rejected.
• Capital withdrawals stop the investment from earning and carry a 30% charge.
• Withdrawals are reviewed and paid by the Platform to the payout details you provide. Incorrect details are your responsibility. Processing normally completes within a few business days.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose, create multiple accounts, misrepresent the Plan to prospective members, promise guaranteed returns on the Platform's behalf, attempt to access other accounts or the Platform's systems, or interfere with its operation. Breach may lead to suspension, forfeiture of unpaid incomes and account closure.

9. Verification and compliance

The Platform may request identity or source-of-funds information at any time and may hold deposits or withdrawals until it is provided. The Platform complies with applicable sanctions and anti-money-laundering laws.

10. Suspension and termination

The Platform may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that it reasonably believes is being used fraudulently. You may close your account at any time after withdrawing your available balance in line with the withdrawal rules.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for losses arising from market movements, changes to the daily rate, network or payment-provider failures, incorrect payout details supplied by you, or events outside its reasonable control. The Platform's total liability to you is limited to the balance of your wallet at the time of the claim.

12. Privacy

Personal data is used to operate your account, process payments, calculate team incomes and meet legal obligations. Your sponsor and uplines can see your username, join date and investment totals as part of the team structure. Data is not sold to third parties.

13. Changes to these terms

The Platform may update these terms and the Plan. Material changes are announced inside the dashboard and take effect for future transactions from the stated date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
